About Us

"Let us steadfastly love one another"

Being a member of the Beta Tau chapter of Delta Delta Delta is a great privilege. Our chapter consistently demonstrates the values of truth, self-sacrifice, and friendship through service to our chapter, campus, and community.

This past school year we placed 3rd in both All-University Sing and the Class A Homecoming float competition reflecting our commitment to campus involvement and Baylor traditions. Additionally, for 40 years, we have held the highest GPA among Panhellenic organizations on campus.

Most importantly, the heartbeat of our chapter is our partnership with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The opportunity to fundraise for St. Jude is an honor, and we are proud to be one of the top fundraising Tri Delta chapters nationally, as well as the leading fundraising Greek organization at Baylor.

Our Motto & Values

As a timid freshman, I was hopeful to find a strong, authentic community to walk alongside me throughout my college journey. I was immediately drawn to Tri Delta’s motto: “Let us steadfastly love one another.” During recruitment week, I felt that steadfast love radiate from every woman in Beta Tau, both in their actions and their words. Steadfast love is not just part of our written motto—it’s what weaves together and unites our entire chapter. Our values—truth, self-sacrifice, and friendship—are all rooted in this enduring love. Truth calls us to live authentically and speak with honesty. Self-sacrifice is demonstrated in our dedication to serving others and our commitment to philanthropy. Friendship is reflected in the way we constantly support one another, celebrating wins and offering comfort during challenges. The women of Beta Tau live out steadfast love daily, both inside and outside our chapter. My time at Baylor has been deeply shaped by this sisterhood. I have been encouraged, challenged, and truly cared for. Because of Tri Delta and the women who live out its values so fully, I’ve become a more confident person and a more supportive, intentional friend.

Director of Social Events

About our Events

Hello there! My name is Ellie Ledoux and I am elated to serve as the 2025-2026 Director of Social Events. Social events play a vital role in sorority life, serving as key opportunities for members to build strong, lasting bonds and foster a sense of community. These gatherings—ranging from formals and mixers to philanthropy events and sisterhood retreats—allow members to connect on a personal level outside of academic and organizational responsibilities. They help create shared memories, promote unity, and strengthen the identity and values of Tri Delta. Additionally, social events often serve as a platform for networking, leadership development, and collaboration with other campus organizations, making them an essential part of the collegiate experience.Social Events not only bring people together, but they further strengthen friendships and provide opportunities for girls to meet someone new!
