Recruitment
2025-2026
Hi there! My name is Marley Scott and I am SO EXCITED to be this year’s Vice President of
Membership Experience.
Recruitment is such a valuable and formative experience for everyone involved in it, especially
at Baylor University. With our Formal Recruitment taking place in the Spring, women have the
entire Fall semester to not only establish themselves away from home and find security in their academics, but “Potential New Members”, or unaffiliated women, are able to cultivate
relationships with all active members of Greek-life before committing to Recruitment. Not only
does this make the Recruitment process more sincere, but I firmly believe that, because of
these friendships beyond affiliation, the mutual support across the nine Panhellenic chapters at
Baylor is beautifully evident.
I chose to come to Baylor because of how genuine and wise the people are, so given the
chance to grow closer to the women here, I knew I wanted to register for recruitment. Though I
made many connections throughout the Fall semester, the best decision I made was going into
Recruitment Week with an open mind and “trusting the process.” I was so grateful for every
invitation back to Tri Delta because every time I walked into that room, I felt truly understood and
like the passion I brought was reciprocated.
To me, the best thing about Tri Delta is that recruitment is just the beginning of this feeling of
pursuit and genuine care. Even though I didn’t know many of the women in or above my
Member Class, there was never I room I stepped into that made me feel muted or insignificant.
To this day, these women have continued to encourage me to live to my greatest potential, and I am confident they would do anything to help me achieve what I set my mind to. In this light, my
central focus in leading the Membership Experience Branch is to ensure every member of
TriDelta is treated with dignity and compassion so that, having experienced it themselves, they
are inspired to extend the same to others.
Truly, there is a warm and welcoming heart to each sorority here on campus, but it is so special
to find the one that feels like home – where your sisters deeply know you, want you to succeed,
and are consistent in love that you don’t have to ask for. Finding this in TriDelta has been a gift
that I constantly thank God for, and I will continue to treasure these relationships for the rest of
my life.
As you consider registering for Recruitment, please trust in the value that you bring to each
room you walk into; regardless of the letters, there is a group of women ready to welcome you
home, walk with you through your college experience, and cheer you on through the rest of your life. On behalf of Tri Delta, we invite you to come as you are, and come stay awhile!

About Recruitment
Hi! My name is Hannah Lilley & I am thrilled to be serving as Tri Delta’s Director of Recruitment Events! I can’t wait to meet you & help you navigate this sweet, but sometimes intimidating process. I know you will feel so loved in the Tri Delta room! Our slogan for this Recruitment season is “Come stay awhile.” It is our invitation into the everyday moments that make Tri Delta feel like home: slow mornings with roommates, laughing at the silliest things late at night, or just sitting on the couch together. It’s about intentional, life-long friendship & community that makes you feel seen & cherished. The friendships I have gained through Tri Delta have been the biggest blessings of my time in college—this chapter truly feels like a second home. So come on in & stay awhile!
There are many opportunities to get involved with Tri Delta throughout the fall semester. Stop by our table at Late Night on August 30th & come hang out with us at Panhellenic Previews! There are four previews during the fall semester, where you will meet & chat with lots of girls. This is a great opportunity to get to know us! We will be in Stacy Riddle—top floor, first door on the right! We can’t WAIT to see you there!

References & Referrals
References are letters of recommendation written by Tri Delta alumnae on behalf of a Potential New Member (PNM). Submitting a reference is a meaningful way for Tri Delta alumnae to advocate for a Potential New Member by sharing insight into her character and values. Though references are not required for consideration by the chapter, they are a wonderful way to identify women interested in Tri Delta membership. Each submission is valued and equitably considered by the Tri Delta Recruitment Team. Referrals are another avenue for expressing a PNM’s interest in Tri Delta. These may be completed by non-Tri Delta members or even the PNM herself.
Both References and Referrals can be accessed and submitted online through Tri Delta’s national website, TriDelta.org, using the link below.

Printed recommendations or materials may be mailed to the chapter with the mailing address below:
